Alright for some i upgraded using their phone system rather than shop and i keep getting messed about. It also appears that new customers are getting priority over existing. If it dont come by Thursday i wont be bothering

Carpediem ID go android if i could update everything via wifi and never have to plug it into a PC,
like updating to froyo, if i could do that via wifi......awesome!
Software updates on android are over the air - that's one of the things annoying me about the Samsung is that it has to be done via Kies, which is an awful piece of software.
With every other android handset, when an upgrade is available it will pop up on screen, you simply hit update and away it goes

I hate the fact i cant download alot of new apps cus im not running the latest apple OS, and i really dont wanna load up into itunes as it always buggers my phone up trying to sync it and stuff
if i can find a smartphone that can be upgraded completely via wifi and eradicate the requirement for a pc based OS backup then im sold!!!

Well the only thing I ever plug my phone into my PC for is to sync music - don't plug it in for anything else.
