umm best check with ian as im not sure how this is working

but i do know you need to book the room your self some of us are staying friday and saturday...

Jim Ask for the special rate on the phone but they are only taking calls during office working hours.

I'm not really sure how we'll get from the airport to the hotel yet. It kind of depends on when people are going there. Our flights tickets say the plane will arrive 17:55, around 5pm local time. If anybody is in the area around then we'd appreciate a ride Smile

Our flight home leaves 5:35pm sunday. Is anyone of you leaving around that time? :tongue_smilie:
