i am starting to look into all of these parts for you.
Jay its easier if you decide a type of brand of bumper you want when it comes to bodykits then i can price it up.
Otherwise i will spend hours uploading pictures of bumpers

Lexus bumpers aftermarket will always be FRP im afraid
HKS Camp controllers - i assume you mean this one
can be bought, but the only ones out there are new in the box (hks v1) for the time being and they are very expensive ie, £240 plus shipping
