i'm running 315cc injectors out of the 1g gte engine i brought. had to make a few adjustments to the head with a dremil but was a great fit with only the smallest amount to trip away. good news is now i can run larger ones that are not for my car so it gives me more options when i'm going to upgrade next year

jay_russell well i tried that sort of thing and as i was getting 236 from standard injectors (150cc) then with my set up i might push the 400 bhp with 315cc that i have now

Standard IS200 injectors are 210cc, as far as I'm aware.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.

ok, that doesn't make sense though compared to the IS200 technical manual, unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Take a look at http://bahamutcars.free.fr/workshop/IS_9...i_0023.pdf , specifically point 1(n).

This is the section on checking the correct operation of the injectors. The range of tolerance they give there is between 47 and 58 cm3 in 15 seconds. If you multiply that by four to give the rate per minute, that is between 188 and 232 cm3 per minute. So they surely can't be 155 injectors ? 210 is exactly half way between 188 and 232.

I just noticed that in the same section on that table from lextreme.com, they have an entry for another sky blue coloured injector of 213 cc. That sounds more like it, I wonder if they have the 1G-FE and 3F-E labels for sky blue injectors the wrong way round ?

I really wish we had an edit button again !

Anyway, I also noticed it says the sky blue injectors have 1 or 2 holes. The IS200 1G-FE injector has 4 holes.
