When I had a viper alarm, I was specifically asked to confirm I didn't have the more basic remote start function activated because the ability to start the car from the house to defrost it, even though it stayed locked, would invalidate my insurance

at the minute i can go start my car and walk away with the key in my pocket, if someone tryes to drive away it'll die at the end of the road anywhoo,

Rabster I got this already lol but I have the clifford call guard I have disabled the start and unlock feature on mine though for safety but easily re activated if I wanted
Do you have the phone one like in the link or a key fob?

Now Don't Forget The REP!!!
I had the Clifford intellistart on my Skyline, loved it, kept the car locked and alarmed and worked great for warming the car up before a drive :thumbup1:
Might have to get it fitted to the lex as i still have the whole system here :biggrin:

I have that on my MR2 and love it, so useful to get the car warmed up while still locked and alarmed up :thumbup:
