Could this help pass MOT emmissions with decat?

I'm just wondering if I can pass with a complete decat by using one of these:

I'm sure ormi and maybe others will know the answer to this one - Do the emissions tests on an MOT have to be conducted with a certain exhaust flow? Or is it literally shove something up the exhaust and take a reading?
I'm just wondering if I can pass with a complete decat by using one of these:

ormi is the expert, but from what I can tell, the emissions are tested at both "idle" and a vehicle-specific "fast idle". If you've got a decat then you're not going to pass those.

some cars will pass some wont......example mine and moleys have no pre cats he couldnt get his to pass the emmisions and mine sailed through....
another problem with this stupid valve you will have to remove approx 1.5 inches from your lovely expensive stainless exhaust...
