Dont get how CCTV cant be shown in court. Its the only piece of hard evidence SHOWING that somebody did it.... shows how wrong some laws can be.

if it does then it is private property and can be cctv monitored
CCTV can be used in court as the local plod catch people via it all the time, it all voer the news all of the time and people are regularly brought to justice via it
infact there was a story the other day where a criminal got caught on google street view
personally i would lay in wait for them and resolve it myself
but i dont condone you doing the same
