Ok there was a small pause with my project but i am back again. Today i ordered a Greddy emanage ultimate ecu, a 2.5meter harness and a 3bar map sensor together with its harness. I went today to the mapper and we arranged to fit the ecu when it arrives. He also requested to buy an injector harness but from what i see this harness is only for the blue emanage. I only found this: Ultimate INJ. Adapt. #2, part no:15901504. I do not know if he meant this part, i will have to ask him on Monday. Does any know about this part?

I also informed him that since i fitted the AEM A/F gauge i notice that my car runs lean 14.5-15.2 and he insisted to not press the car since it is dangerous for the engine. Well i have this setup for over a year and do not have problems up to now. Maybe i was lucky. Also i have read that HKS FCD makes the A/F very lean and it definetly requires a fuel regulator to increase the fuel pressure. I do not know how accurate this information is but together with what my mapper told me today i start to believe that maybe the HKS FCD is not such a good solution for the TTE SC. Then again i might be wrong.

The Emanage ultimate comes with all harnesses, the blue only comes with one that you can upgrade so you dont need the new part itll be with the kit.

The FCD is not the ideal solution for the car as it cuts the pressure the ecu sees all the way through the range, whereas the black box allows it to be normal then clamps the pressure before the cut, ill do a quick drawing to explain.
why do you need a fuel regulator? i dont really need one yet on my setup.

Thanks for the update mate. I did not know this.

No i do not need a fuel regulator, but i read that cars who use an HKS FCD need a fuel regulator to decrease the lean and make the A/F ratio reacher. Not sure how accurate this is. My friend also who has fitted an OEM 2jzgte engine uses all the IS200 fuel system and has no problems.

Here you go:

Ignore the numbers on the axis

So you can see how the FCD "lies" all the way which makes the car think theres less pressure all the way through so it sends less fuel

The device most like the black box and a better option IMHO is the Greddy BCC

dimis good find mate!:thumbup1:

Find? i just drew it lol

i spent quite a bit of time testing the fcd and black box seeing what they do.

i can actually make black boxes now lol

Even better then mate. You now exactly how each ecu works.

I was thinking today that by increasing the boost of my car soon to 0.5-0.6 bar i might need a BOV. i was chating with my friend Boergy and he told me that it would be a good idea to protect the supercharger and the belt respectively. He suggested me this bov for low boost:

http://cgi.ebay.de/Monza-Super-Blaster-C...4cf3143697

What do you think will it be a good idea to install a bov and do you have any to propose. When i bought my sc kit i also got an HKS ssqv boc (Stav nows the story from what i remember) but i never made it work correctly i think due to the hard spring. So i never left it on the car.
