That is the main problem with languages, the way we talk is different to the way you do.
The thing I like about Swedish is so many words are recognisable without a dictionary for example "grammatik placerar orden" is clearly grammar, placed, order, so the rest of the sentence can be guessed from that part of it.
we found getting about in Sweden fairly easy, once a basic idea of teh language was developed - and the fact that English is widely spoken!!
