Thats it, its going!!!!!!!! :(
Hi All,
Sorry i haven't really been around much at the moment, seem to be all over the place at the moment..... Work has picked up alot recently and i seem to be so busy! Plus all my other projects and helping out my bro/friends seem to be filling my time fully.
Anyway im hopefully going to be about more over the next few months as the work should hopefully die down a bit, fingers crossed.
Anyway, thats not why i am posting up. There is something wrong with my car and its driving me nuts! Something to do with the electrical system. The car just won't hold a charge! I left the car for 2 weeks and the battery was just dead, wouldn't even unlock the doors it was that bad! Then fitted a newer battery that was fully charged, then left for a week, again dead and won't start! Im not really using the car so is it worth me keeping it and keeping it running? Me and Sarah car share so we only really need one car, although we do need 2 cars now and then as we both do our own things at weekends etc
Rather than get to the bottom of it im just going to get rid! Now what do i do???? break or sell, as mine is only the s model i feel that maybe break it will be the better option? Although i don't really have the time at the moment. I reckon i will only get £1500 for it as a whole, maybe even less :Chair:
I think the mods i have on the car will be worth alot more if i break, i really hate this flippin car now and its doing my head in. i think i need to sit down and work out what all the parts/mods are worth..............
Maybe a MX5 coming soon..............
Any help with this is greatly appreciated..........
Jason
i think it might just be the battery with the extreme cold we've been having and it sitting for weeks.
if unfortunatly u've had enough i would strip the mods and sell them on and put the oem stuff back on and flog the car or use as a trade in for the mx5 or similar
sorry to here though
I would love to think its the cold but i know its not There is a underlining fault somewhere in the system. and as i don't use the car much it just goes dead all the flippin time now! I don't need the car much but when i do need it i don't want to be faffin about charging, swapping battery's etc.
To be honest i have really started to just not care about the car and i think now is the time to just end the relationship and put her down! I have had the car now for like nearly 6 years and its only my second car............
