Anyone ever seen one?! Apparently they did a triple rotor variant as standard (making it 2.0 rather than the usual 1.3 for the 13B-RE engine) with the twin turbo system. Single MPG figures anyone? :lol:
I'm struggling with the fact it's called a cosmo...........
Those engines are not that much to re-build though are they??

1991 20b ECCS Cosmo Big Single Turbo (built originally by Mecha Gozira Japan)
Widebody kit (mixture of RE Amemiya & Mecha Gozira very rare) with Mazdaspeed MS02’s alloys
Dyno’d 605bhp @ 1bar at the wheels by reworx.
To get it there it has had;
Modifications (the main ones);
Greddy T88-34d (reconditioned by Universal Turbos) with HKS large filter
HKS F-CONV Pro Ecu (tuned by reworx).
Upgraded Fuel pump (Bosch 044 motorsport) and injectors (Sard)
PWR custom front mount Intercooler
FSE fuel pressure regulator
Upgraded RE Amemiya HJR Radiator
Greddy transmission oil cooler
Rebuilt and strengthened automatic transmission by Dartford Transmissions
Snow Performance Boost Cooler (WI) - plumbed in but not being used currently (no need at boost level).
Custom built de-cat and straight through exhaust system + two Apexi active tail silencers
Tein Type HA coliovers + Blistein extra rear strut (unique to the ECCS model)
Now the not so good bits;
Speedo and Rev dial lights are intermittent (they can still be seen when LEDS not on/flickering/Passed MOT with them).
Main ECCS screen keeps blowing a fuse (all main functions still work fine from the steering wheel)
Air conditioning doesn’t work properly (Probably needs re-gasing)
The car has been sat outside for a long time and the bodywork will need TLC (possible respray since someone decided to put a bin on-top of it!!!).
The front windscreen has a chip repair (this has never been a problem for the MOT)
The stereo is temperamental and comes and goes (probably a poor connection somewhere), but you really won’t be too bothered trust me.
The car has done 71000 miles
Compression test (reworx) Front: 8.5, 8.3, 8.1 Centre: 8.0, 7.8, 8.5 Rear: 8.1, 8.1, 8.2.
It has road tax until April 2011 and MOT until August 2011.
So to sum up, it’s a great project for someone but it needs TLC and the price reflects this.
