Subscribed, might be up for this depending on dates, im down that way a lot as burgess hill is home of SRD that looks after my car.

Ok Outlaws,

been to the Grasshopper today and had a chat. They are very happy for us to have a car meet there.:thumbup1: Sat nav led me direct to the venue so no hassles finding it.
Food looks good too... They want some idea of numbers, so lets have a look in our diaries and see who is up for this meet.

I have looked at dates and taking into consideration other events that are going on how is everyone fixed for March 6th, from 1pm, gives everyone time to recover and rise from the night before :biggrin:

Lexusboy We used to have meets in Surrey so i guess this is a possible.if we did Surrey we could get people around the London area join in as well as people on the South coast.

Boost Demon is a area rep for the south but your also welcome to throw up a date and see were we go from there.:thumbup1:

They have regular car meets at the The Fairmile Pub in Cobham, There is a large grass area out front which they let all the car clubs go, very nice food there as well

The Mkiv Supra club go there now and then, i think there at the Fairmile on the 5th or March

I could try an arrange a meet up there if people are intrested, i can even ask the Supra Mkiv to see if they would let us join there meets so its a bigger event ???

What are your thoughts ?????

P.S i hope you dont think im trying to hijack the Kent meet as im not, Kent is a great idea too, i will be def up for the Kent meet

Well done for sorting this out Boosst, should be a good meet. Bit of a drive for me but its probably better for the majority of members.

Mplavery, another great pub that is usually very car club friendly. Good idea about possibly joining with another club. However its probably best to hold off until we have done the grasshopper meet as people are more likely to go to one or the other if they are so close together. Don't think your hijacking the thread though, the more meets the better really!

Thats what i was thinking mate, We can do the Fairmile meet another time and i will try and sort out if we can do a combo meet with the Mkiv Supra if everyone is happy with that. Im up for the Grasshopper meet

How is the diary checking on this event guys n gals ;-)

I will need to know in the next week or two a clear idea of numbers to book tables. I have spoken to a few friends who own MR2's and so far 7 are up for coming along and joining us :wink:

getting close to the time when I need to notify the venue of table bookings..

So is it just 3 of us free and up for this meet ? Maybe its the wrong month with so much going on, Tunnel run, Ace cafe etc etc ?
