but i am sure if the litter comes from ur car you can get a fine regardless who through it.
ive seen it done at said car parks and they are right its lazy from your mate D6NGR.
maybe he should be buying you a new cup holder, and as said £15 from lexus is a good deal. Better then a £30 litter fine from the old bill

as said before you the owner of the vehicle is liable for the fine mate, you may not be able to control your friend but throwing litter out the car window is just not on. maybe you should get them to pay for the cup holder etc
