parthiban This is a good idea, there's one on the WIM forum that I've learnt quite a lot from........I'm the same, I have a D90 and really have no idea what I'm doing half the time :biggrin:

Adster nice tips there, I've just bought a nikon d90 and need to learn how to use it now, i've read that a remote shutter release is recommended too to cut down the camera shake while pressing the shutter buttonA remote shutter can be a good idea when taking slow shutter shots - but to save the cost of it another option is to use the self timer.
