New is200 wheels - alloys only no tyres

I'm after 4 x is200 wheels, looking for anything really but need to be in pretty decent condition, either 17 inch standards, 18 aero's or tte's would prefer alloys only with no tyres if 17 inch but if 18 inch then can have tyres on.
Currently not sure whether to get mine fully refurbed at a cost of £220 or buy a new decent set and get tyres swapped on??????
