Hi guys and girls here is the location of the club stand we are spot number 10 on the map

there is also some rules for this show due to the mass number of clubs....

Please can you ensure all your club members know their pitch location and have their stand pass on display on arrival to the site. This will help the marshalls to move things along quicker.

Please ensure every member is also aware of our site rules and regulations. The full list can be found on http://www.santapod.co.uk/g_essential.php

The main ones being -
a.. NO GLASS ON SITE
b.. CHARCOAL BBQ'S ONLY
c.. NO PA's OR INDEPENDENT SOUND SYSTEMS
d.. NO MOVING OF BARRIERS/FENCING ON YOUR CLUB AREA
I will be around from 8am on Sunday onwards and will try and visit as many club areas as I can. However if you have any issues, then please speak to a member of security if I am not round.

Again, entry for the weekend is from 8am on Saturday (there is no camping Friday night) and 7am for clubs on Sunday.

I sooo want to. But it mostly depends on whether we've got an invite to my folks house on Sunday or not. Kids haven't seen their grandparents in a few weeks and the lex is our only car, so I have to go where the boss tells me Smile

I'll find out what the deal is asap.

Right, what times everyone coming tomorrow?

what do i need? disposable BBQ's? torches? only stayed over at JAE and we have a home away from home there lol.
Also where are we camping?

we are cmaping on the stand that bit of green is our camping spot it might be a bit cosy lol

Torches
Food for the bBQ
DRINK!!!!

What time you arriving mate?

Ps do you need a full driving licence (paper and card) or just the photocard?
