Japfest 2011 Convoy
What are peoples plans and are some coming down the day/night before?
As im thinking of a convoy so we can arrive mostly together
Being in Swindon, im very close to combe, and i dont mind arranging a meeting point at swindon and again in chippenham
For the Swindon meeting point, I can arrange to meeting point to be:
The Lydiard Beefeater Grill
Great Western Way
Swindon
SN5 8UB
You can see it on Google maps
It will be an early start! meet at 6am, leave at 6.15am
arrive in chippinham aprox 30mins (6.45am) later, meet at the Esso garage (you cant miss it as its off the roundabout off the dule carrage way!
leave Esso at 7am and get to combe for about 7.30 just as the gates are opening, that way we will avoid the bad traffic!
Any other ideas welcomed!

Just to add in, i have a large 3 burner gas BBQ i can bring with, but i dont have any gas for it! so will need to sort something out so we can have hot food/drinks on the day and if food/drink is needed, i also hold a cash n carry card

good stuff! well how early can you get to swindon? or you coming down the day/night before? might be better as can load the cars up then an have no fussing the next day!

I honestly can't remember. Last food meet was JAE but that's a biggun.
