After installing a Sport grille, the horns on the IS200 become a lot more obvious than before, and can be IMHO a bit of an eyesore. This isn't the best picture, but then the light isn't shining directly on the front :

However, it's very easy to reposition them. There are several holes on the inside of the crash bar that you can simply screw the horns into, you can see two in this picture :

What you will need are two bolts and two washers. I used some that I found in my collection of bits and pieces, I *think* they are M6 bolts, and as you can see they are not very deep. The washers are M6 washers.

Remove the grille (this makes it easier, although some members have successfully moved their horns with the grille still in place), then the horns can be easily unbolted from their existing positions.

The OEM bolts used seem just slightly too big to fit into the holes on the crash bar, hence the new bolts being required. Fix the horns onto the crash bar with the new bolts, using whichever holes seem easiest for positioning given the wires etc. You will need to bend the horns slightly away from the crash bar so that the horns themselves aren't touching (only the bracket). If you don't do this, the horns will make a horrible/faintly amusing noise.

The end result is a lot cleaner and pleasing, to my eye at least :

i moved my horns quite a while back and it looks alot better now

think i will do that this weekend.mind prob need to take my tte bumper off again.should have done this when i had the bumper off to spray the mesh oh well :Chair:
