Still not working. I have reconnected the possitive and negative to new ones. And still not reading more then 3.9v.
And will still fire up but then stall straight away. Going to have to disconnect it. Sad

Right a few things:

Have you tapped in or cut the wire and joined in between?
If so have you gone the right way (ecu in, ecu out)
finally have you crimped or soldered, id solder as that wires very tempremental

I have cut the wire inbetween. And using some post connections that Jimxms sugested. Yeah I have connected them the right way. I am not sure if the voltage problem is connected or making the unit unable to function.

The voltage problem does sound odd, where have you tapped the voltages from?

i would seriously suggest soldering as well

Sorry I've been out all day mate or I would have jumped on this thread to help ya.

I think you may have removed it now, but if not - some pictures of where you've wired it in would be great.

I think the first problem to sort would be the fact that its reading 3.3v. The NEO has two sets of +12v wires and two grounds, so it almost sounds like you've got one set wired correctly (because the NEO is actually powering on), but the other set isn't.

I'd also suggest wiping out my settings. The one I think that might be cause you problems is the throttle position as you need to 'calibrate' it for your car and it could be that my Idle and WOT voltages from the throttle position sensor are massively different to yours, so the NEO is thinking that you've got WOT when your car is idle and is messing with things.
