IS200/300 Lowering springs - Never fitted
If they're still sitting about next month, it'll be a case of "make me an offer" matey...
Ok well keep me posted bud.prob easy to get me on fb as only on my iPhone since moved pc up stairs hardly on it now lol. Anyway you know how to get hold of me.if I can manage to get funds sorted sooner will let you know am on holiday from the 14th of may so could arrange to meet you if I can
Will do matey... if they go from any of the ads I have on forums, I'll post up here, and ping you on FB as well.
We should arrange some kind of meet up anyway, get Moley down with you, posty, asi and dandydons along from Fife, tommy from Glasgow and me and ormi from Edinburgh (and anyone else I missed)... there's a fair number of Scottish members after all
I think the Sport (mine) starts out 15mm lower than the SE from 2002 onwards.
So what would be a 50mm drop on an SE turns out to be a 35mm drop on a Sport (as I understand it)
Ormi is a 100/90mm drop (and his is a pre-02 Sport), so these springs definitely wouldn't put you as low as his car, whether you're in a Sport or an SE... takes a bit more effort to get that low...
Those springs you have drop the newer sport 50 mm ......
interesting.... so it's a 65 mm drop for an SE then?
Pre-02 Sports were the same ride height as SE AFAIK, they started making the Sport a bit lower after 02... I think?
would the original struts be ok with these i am very interested!!
I would think so - I certainly hadn't planned to buy anything like new struts for fitting unless someone told me I needed them
