So who going to Japfest and wants to find a meet up point and travel in Convoy?.
I was thinking of either the Bluestar Services J1b M25 or westbound services at Clacket lane M25 or The Grasshopper in westerham.

Any one interested then please suggest the best meet-up point and we can add these along the way.

Not Long now chaps so lets organise it

Ian why so early, 4am is still night time!!
Dont know what times other members are arranging to meet up, so I will see who is meeting and if not then we may drive down with you at your suggested time.

Ok, sounds like that is the sort of time we need to leave then, I could be at Clackets for 4.30 onwards as this is on the way and an easy pull in/pull out place, so not much time wasted.

Myself and Branners will be coming up from the M23,( JCT 7) so probably easier to nip along to Clacket lane services.. But trying to work out how far past the services we need to go to turn back and arrive on the correct side :confused1:

There used to be a way over the motorway itself from one service to the other, but i know this is generally only used by emergency vechiles and can be locked up...

Otherwise , the alternative may be to join the M25 and talk via mobile to work out who is where and then catch up or slow down accordingly Smile

Cheers for that.. well myself and Branners will be there at 4.30am.
Its a 2 hour drive to the show from there, and apparently the gates are open at 8am.. so, not a huge amount of time to allow for stops n starts and brekkie

have to let us know who is driving what so we know what to look out for too.
