Hi guys,

I'm basically stripping the loom off my V8 at the moment and trying to work out all the pinouts and stuff of the ECU and all the sensors because I can't get hold of a full workshop manual. It's really time consuming and I could do with the manual! It is a 149 pin ECU...

I tried using the paid Lexus tech website to view a copy online but they don't have the LS400 manual on there. I've got a mechanical repair manual which covers taking things apart but none of the electronics.

Anyone got any links? It's a year 2000 VVTi LS400.

Yeah tried that, they have the LS430 which is useful but the 430 does have some fundamental differences to the engine management. The last 400 (MK4 which I have) is very much the same as the MK3 from an engine management point of view, with VVTi and TRC bolted on to it whereas it looks like they did the 430 properly.

I guess I'll just go back to buzzing out each pin lol. At least the engine loom and body loom are separate! I'll write it all up once I'm done.
