spud1973 Oh she was loverly got to modify air intake as th pipe is too long and it's butted right up against the headlight. Engine managment light is on due to the fact it's got a decatted manifold on it how do I cue this anyone??

Bit of a strange one mate, i have the decat on mine and no light comes up for it? could really do with seeing what the code is for the fault? do you know anyone with a obd2 reader?

Other than that you can do an ecu reset to see if it clears it, by removing the ECTS fuse and EFI fuse in the fuse/relay box next to the battery? for around 60 seconds, That will clear its memory and should turn off the light? be better to see if you could get the code read though, so you can see what the fault is?

Oh and the factory stereo is pretty well known to pack up, but it'll give you chance to sort out your install :thumbup1:

Cheers bud she does run mint but I will try what you said, my m8 has a obd2 reader so he will get hasseled tomoz lol.
Stereo ordered just something cheap and cheerful for now bit skint after getting the car, and got the amp bypass lead aswell.

Well here she is my motor bought it as it is and done nothing to it at all. All the hard work was done by cij another member on here and a proper decent bloke cheers bud.
