thats not the sticky tape mate that only sticks to the skirt....not to the body its just a seal

The only thing is, I looked, I searched, but I couldn't find any fitting kit or instructions.
So if anyone's got a copy of the instructions they could scan for me I would be much obliged and I am going to need some advice on how best to fit these without the kit; I know a lot of people have done it.

i fitted daves in less than ten mins..

fitting is easy mate get some 3m tape and run it along the length of the skirt (the part that runs along the top part of the sill,the front and rear fit in the arch were their is screws already..job done
