Definitely looks like it's for a US bumper - if you can't shift it might be worth sticking it on US ebay or the US forums?

Yeah its definitely for the IS and its definitely too long, so I think they must have just given me a US one. From what I can tell though, I think it will just need the ends chopping off. Dont quote me though because its hard to see for certain when you've already got a skirt fitted.
