So "Tracker" would have been a good investment then. Save time getting the car back etc.

Good that it was fond again.

Great they have the car back...Very lucky indeed

This is also a lesson to be learnt from all of us to LOCK OUR CARS at shows

is300_dino apparantly they were caught in the act stripping it possible 4 in custody, the rear lights are in the boot, the whole of the left side is destickered, rear wing and spoiler removed i dont know if these have been recovered or not, not sure if they touched the engine for any pieces?

I also heard they took of the rear bumper and splash shields too but they found them in a garage

Wow they were dumb then. If you're gonna nick it to strip it, at least have a lorry to load it on or something! Unless it really was opportunist?

Glad it got recovered though. I'm sure we'll all be infuriated by whatever pathetic sentence gets passed.

well to even get it started they needed to reconnect the battery then prime the fuel, then engage all the correct switches before they could get out

Good that they got it back.
But why didn't it have any security???
I've just spent 4k or so on my motor and the next thing is to upgrade the alarm as my aftermarket system is pants lol.
This car must be at least 30-35k??? Surely an alarm/immobiliser would of prevented this???
hindsights a wonderful thing lol.

Didn't think it needed a key thought it was a race prepped car with push start but may be wrong....

it has to be button ignintion as keys are likely to get in the way and easily knocked
