Long shot, but does anybody know of a car (preferably a Toyota) that has a particularly small windscreen washer bottle?

Unfortunately I had to ditch my washer bottle and headlight washers (MOT fail..yes I know!) in order to get the intercooler and piping to fit properly. So what I am thinking of doing is salvaging a washer bottle + pump from another car and just tucking it somewhere in the engine bay.

Boot you say...*scratches beard*...sounds like a good plan.

Can go in that big circular hole where my spare wheel used to be :p

Exactly! maybe along with a battery like this:

(ive just bought a similar one) then even more space in engine bay!

You're a bad bad man...but I like it Smile

Funnily enough I do need a new battery. After I shorted out my alternator fuse I think I fubared the battery (judging by the size of the spark) as it is barely holding enough power to crank the engine now Sad

Apparently the odyssey ones are really good, theres different ones depending on what you want it to do.

http://www.odysseybatteries.com/

ive bought quite a small one, its originally going to only be connected to the starter motor (and a charging circuit obviously).
The theory being if the main batterys drained the tiny one in the boot will just have enough to turn the starter over then the alternator should do the rest.

thats the theory anyway.

next step is obviously buy another slighty bigger one to mount in the boot as well but to replace the massive lump in the engine bay giving me more room (for what im dont know yet lol)

Sounds like a plan Big Grin

If I could get my battery in the boot I'd probably get some kind of custom enclosure and mount my piggy back + other gizmos in there (ESC1 & ESK)
