Dress Advice Required
Hi everyone,
got a big interview (well for me it is) it could mean me working within 0.5 miles of where I live, and an increase of atleast £150 per month in pay !
Got everything ready for the interview, all the general answers though through, specially, equality and diversity which the NHS are quite fond of.
But what do I wear? I got a full suit which i will be wearing, black stipes.
But what shirt and tie?
I have always gone for white shirt and red tie, with cufflinks, but my work colleague said I suit black shirt with red tie.
What you guys think? what color arrangements would you wear.
I know its all about the answers you give, but impressions are always important?
black shirt, red tie looks very very classy under a good suit
Dress advice? Not sure if you have the legs for a dress...
White shirts are for weddings and funerals mate...
I would go for a blue tie, i would say red is a power tie lol
I'd say as long as your smart it doesn't matter what colour you're wearing. If you're the best person for the job red tie / blue tie isn't going to make the blindest bit of difference.
I've been told before stupid things like "if offered a drink, be sure to accept". I ignore rubbish like that and have got plenty of jobs
Lexusboy Question is are you going in a suit?
Work the shirt and tie to the suit.

Sorry if this is too late, but NEVER wear a black shirt to an interview! Fine for going out to a party but not to an interview, it's simply not professional at all!
The shirt should be light coloured (not necessarily white) with no striking patterns on it, and same for the tie - understatement is the key.
At the end of the day you don't want to be remembered as the guy wearing the crazy clothes, and rather be noticed for who you are and what you can offer to the particular role.
Good luck!!!
