A question for those with coilovers, On my IS i have the BC Racing coilovers, have noticed that the ride height is not equal, drivers side front is slightly higher than the passenger front, and drivers side rear is lower than the passenger rear, (I noticed the same when i had the lowering springs on)
The coilovers were set to equal gap before they were put on, the question is how do i get equal height?, do i adjust the coilover gap to different height settings or adjust the spring tension adjuster to set equal height? how have you guys equal your ride height?
Coils were fitted by Charlesworth motors a while back..

Could they need a little bit of time to settle down? I can't say that I had any problems with my BC's when I had them fitted by Elite, but then they did full alignment at the same time, so maybe they adjusted them accordingly.

Weird, you'd think it would be the other way considering that the fuel tank is more towards the passenger side. Unless of course it sits even with a full tank of fuel :p

count the threads on the coil over..
start at the first thread at the bottom then count up to the locking nut lets say your drivers one is 15 threads and the passengers one is 20 threads that means you need to wind the locking nut up 5 threads job done now your car will be even..

TTE supercharger,pr0lex manifold,hks fcd,larger intercooler,apexi induction kit,silicone hose kit,IK22's,polished engine parts,TTE front bumper mod'd for intercooler,TRD side skirts,TRD rear lip,JDM headlights and fogs,10k hid headlights 8k full beam,L8XSS p/plate,fog/brake/light conversion,18"fox rs's,lowered 90mm(f)100mm®,moleys under bars,yellow trd anti rollbars,full stainless exhaust,carbon fiber intake plus so much more

I was waiting for Ormi's input Smile thanks, wanted to make sure that it's ok drive if the coilovers are set different heights, "only slightyly tho"

Going to sort it out over weekend hopefully, and get the spacers on, hoping to get photos up soon, just few things to finish up first..

Have you had four wheel alighnment since they've been added to the car as I am pretty sure that can effect the height of the car slightly.
