Lovely motor mate and was on my list of cars when i swapped, but found that there pretty awkward to find information on and parts can be a sod to find? i was looking at the twin turbo models due to it being a big motor and thought the NA version just didnt have the power for something that big?

I was told that service history is a big must when buying one and was advised to have a full vehicle inspection on any i found? The 1997 model was a facelift version that had the newer high hoop spoiler on the non turbo car and the active aero on the turbo version iirc?

There was a nice blue 1997 version up your way for sale with nice bodywork, if the one you've been offered has got the history behind it, it'll be worth a look :thumbup1:

They are not a good car if you need it running all the time, it is a shame they are a lovely looking car but go wrong so often.
My Garage has always got one that he repairing and told me to stay away from it.

However you may be lucky who knows....

Sounds like the GTO is the Jap equivalent of the Alfas
