So did you get yours directly from the states or was it from mail order.
I take it that if you install the springs you also have to get the camber adjusters?

The Camber adjustment will depend on what is available on your car taking in tolerance levels.

If mine needed any more camber adjustment the I would of needed after market adjuster put on...

I bought them in Houston, Texas and brought them back with me. The extra drop on the front meant I had to fit aftermarket camber adjusters to the front only to bring it back within the acceptable camber tolerances (there's no camber or castor adjustment as standard on the second generation IS, only toe adjustment). The European Eibachs Pro Springset only drops the front 30mm so it's still within the Lexus tolerances. The rear on mine was dropped 25.4mm and I didn't notice adverse wear due to the slight additional camber within tolerances.

Another words having Eibach springs you could lower it up to 30mm and wont need the aftermarket camber adjusters as its still within Lexus tolerance but with the coilovers you could drop it further but then you would need the camber adjusters is that right.

Dont think this is true I think it depends on where your setting are currently at and how much more they need adjusting...

But Tango has pointed out that with the is250 there are no camber or castor adjustments,so my question wouldn't lowering the car has an affect on the camber therefore uneven tyre wear

I thought it was only the camber that cant be adjusted only found out now that the castor too.

That's a rather good observation, and one I haven't seen discussed before. It would be a good idea to ask Tony Bones for his opinion re. coilovers and the way they change the geometry if they are constantly being adjusted.

Was initially thinking of fitting the eibach springs but then was swayed to go with the coil overs but now having seen your is250 with eibach I am not sure now. Ideally I don't want to be fitting the camber adjusters but if the coil overs are going to give me a better ride then I guess it's worth it.
