Nice car, I once had a 1976 Trans Am V8 455HD
The one with the bird on the bonnet and rubber coated honey comb alloy wheels.
That car had so much torque and sounded like a spitfire, great car

Back at you!!

So when you coming over for drive?

@Phil01 the torque is insane, you go from 1st to 4th at 15mph and the car just takes it, not stressed at all - its designed to do that to get the best EPA fuel rating.

It feels weird having all that power and no turbo kick, its loud but a very smooth torque curve.

Thanks bandit.

Well been looking at what the car has had done to it already - even yanks modify cars lol.

There is a huge spec list - easier to just say it has every option from the factory Including the Hurst 6 speed 'box!! - and the ultra rare 12 disk changer, these were normally shipped with nothing or a 6 disk changer, reading forums I believe the 12 disk was a dealer option?

Mods:

Line lock, for locking the front breaks on the staging section of a drag strip
New drilled and grooved disks and I assume uprated pads
Bigger callipers
The exhaust is stainless, and looks like 3" bore, so that for sure is a mod + its fairly loud.
The Skip Shift has been by passed with Hurst electronics - the expensive (but reliable) way of doing it.
Uprated rear diff by the looks of the casing
CAT looks wrong? could be a sports one????
Intake manifold is an SLP one
Engine strut brace is also an SLP item.
Lowered - 1.5" by the look of her.

Thats it until I get her in the air and have a good look.

(SLP are like TOMS but for Pontiac).
