Just be aware, every vehicle on site on Thursday must be pre-approved by the organisers of the show. Thursday is strictly setup only. I have even heard this year that Thursday entry will be from 5pm onwards, but I'm not sure how much truth there is in that.

Toxo you are right only club support are allowed in.
The gate do open for club setup on Thursday at 5pm.
The club has a small quota already allocated for helping with the Marquee and Stand Set up.

These are JAE rules and not ours...

For people traveling from the likes of Scotland they will allow you in, providing you rock up at a reasonable hour. Aside from that, no more than 5 cars for setup duty on our stand size. Me n rabs plus his extra car covers 3 of those places

So Dave and Marc, looks like you need to meet up at Lakeside for 9pm and do the Tunnel Run, it is a perfect opportunity seeing that you are down South, and Ormi we need the supercharger screaming thro the tunnels, then head to Ace cafe, (another opportunity) for some tea and bacon sandwiches then there will be approx 110 Jap car convoy heading for JAE for an early admittance on Friday morning,

Jae to lakeside is another 3.5 hours on top of what they're already doing, surely they'd be better just to tag along somewhere closer if possible
