Lexuspat thats a good plan buying a second car and many people are now going down this route

It is the way to go. I bought an off road prepped V8 Land Rover that does 5-10mpg, and it didn't help with fuel costs, but was great fun off road. Then tried again with a 1.6 (fairly tuned) 106, and can get 40-50 mpg if I drive very carefully, though it is hard to when it sounds so good at higher revs! Great for the misses to learn in too (if I learnt with no power steering, so can she, and she'll be a better driver for it!) Took it to a festival (lots of mud bath field to get through!) this weekend and it's now COVERED in mud (underneath and all up the sides!) - glad I didn't take the Lex! It's not my first 106, and they are very good, basic little cars, for getting from A to B, and can make you smile too.

S2k plans sound good. I WILL get one... one day, and will look to do similar, simple but effective mods.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

alright guys was looking at a set of LM reps for the S2000 - thoughts would be nice.

Would like a set of rota d2's but at the mo at 700 quid not including tyres they are a bit pricey. Let me know.

heres a pic to give you an idea

I've always liked these but don't know much about them, what is it like to drive?

Go for it mate. It's only money, you can make more.

Tubby Ben, they are great to drive! Most of the power is at the top end, but they love to rev, all the way up to 9k rpm, and up near the redline have 240hp, which is crazy output from a stock N/A 2 litre!

I test drove a 56 plate (so post facelift) one when I still had my MR2 turbo. They are absolute opposite cars to drive, is the only way I can describe it! It wasn't the car for me, but if you're curious drop into your local Honda dealer - they've always got one and would be happy to let you take it out.
