Yet another Zed
Yet another Zed
Hi all,
I'm Rose, Hollowpoint's 'missus'. Mikey Bean also lives with us so the third zed in the household.
I bought the Z already in black and yellow but if history repeats itself I will be doing a lot more to it and making that wussy yellow much brighter.
Work so far... a whole lot of wiring, sound deadening, new complete exhaust, and some work started on the interior.
An explanation of the name...sexycrayola was my online handle about 7 years ago before me and alex moved to New Zealand (returned last year). I was known so well by the name in a few car club circles especially Toyota Owners and Celica club with my Gen6 Celica in Torquoise and Gold complete with Rockford Fosgate sound system and rare full Booster body kit.... I miss that car but the 300 has much more power. I may not be the stick insect 25yr old and the car not as modified... yet, but why not carry on with the name.
The OLD car from years back:
I got probably best know for this pic lol
One of the very last photos I took of 'Gabby'. There were tons of mods I did to the interior and lighting but I'm not going into that.
My car at JAE - you can see your club stand just behind
One of my first mods.. de-clock and tidy up. Testing out a colour for the exterior of the car too.
Nice car(s)
Welcome to the forum...
Thanks for the warm welcome. I have tried a couple other clubs so far - one was with the VR4 that I just sold, and well, the other...
All the car club meets we used to go to are one of the major reasons we wanted to come back to the UK. We will get to all the meets and shows we can. When we got to JAE, I make a bee line straight to your stand. Its great to have some variety - love Purple witches Supra, and some other very nice motors there ...
By next JAE I hope to have my vented bonet, sideskirts, boot install done and decent paint on the car so should be good.
Ive already torn the Zed apart for sound deadening, sanded down the bodykit parts, and currently racking my brains on how to proceed with the audio. Hoping there are some good fibergrass tips here because my next challenge is getting my rather oversized 6x9's in..
Another Yellow car !!!
Very nice, i wanted one of these a few years back, welcome to the club
welcome to the club!
Ps what do you guys think of "the beast"?
personally i cant stand it and taking the engine apart to clean engine parts is just far too ****.
