I'm not so sure that modified owners were ever NOT in the spotlight for VOSA et al Bob...

toxo I don't see it as them trying to stop people modifying their cars. They're just trying to make sure that any modifications are safe and legal.
i really hope your right there,i think theres to much money to be lost if they started trying stop people mod they cars,just think how much people spend on mods in the uk alone a year.
