davidjamesbattersby what you mean heat shrink, where should i put that part

sprinter2012 If your bulbs are a loose fit, my advice would be to very carefully bend back the contacts on the bulb, slide some heat shrink over the stalk of the bulb, then fold the contacts back up over the top of the heat shrink. That way it should pad out the bulb in the holder and make it a tighter fit.

Heat shrink is basically a plastic tube that shrinks when you heat it up, so you can slide it over the bulb, then heat it up so it shrinks, and it will go tight around the bulb stalk (the part that actually goes into the holder)

davidjamesbattersby il have to have another look, these type of bulbs are fitted to the heated seat switches and the trc/snow mode switch, does any one have any idea what sizes they are of the link
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190581399297?s...1423.l2649

Have a look here for the heated seat switches:

http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/sho...p?p=116662

It says what you need... The trc/snow switches seem to share a single bulb between them, so you'd only need the one bulb there...

IS200 Sport - Sold
Mazda 6 MPS - Zoom Zoom!

Modifications
Completed:

Currently 280bhp/295lbft; 3" Meercat custom exhaust; KW Suspension; FMIC; SSP; HPFP; Custom Stainless Steel Dials - for the moment, the only set in the world!! (Till the group buy for MPSOC anyway  )

In Progress:

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake

Thing is, you only need to take it apart if you want the "on" indicator to be blue as well... If you're ok with that staying orange, you could just pop out the other bulb and replace it the same as any others. Then you'd have the switch blue, with the orange only present when it's on...?

jay_russell 4 t5 type led’s colour to match your dashboard lights

Although he was doing 2 switches, so you'll only need 2 bulbs, not 4.

EDIT: You probably only need one actually if you are only doing the text illumination.

davidjamesbattersby what about the fog light switch and the headlamp setter switch

Fog light has two t3 (one for the "on" indicator and one for the symbol), headlight adjuster just the one t3...

Just done these myself with blue leds, but I think I'll redo them with smds, as only the headlight adjuster is bridget enough for me. Smds are supposed to be brighter...
