oh ok, well id imagine you want a decent price for it, let me know anyway but im really only after a shell or a broken one as i dont want to pay much

Broken OEM screens and empty shells do sell in the region of £200. I have had my eye on one for many years.

This is for the late spec 7", not the more common earlier spec 5". You will be lucky to find one for much less.

As Stav says, mine has an aftermarket screen fitted, but not a touchscreen. This would be idea for iphone (or other phone) output.

I will only sell mine if my alternative arrangements work out.

I did get it at a what I consider to be a very good price, and so if I let it go, it would be for the same price to other members, or more to non-members.

Do not underestimate how much work is involved in actually fitting another screen in the housing, as it is not as easy as some people sometimes think!

ok fair point, well im definitely interested so should you arrangements go to plan let me know. How is yours set up at present, do the buttons control up and down or does it rise and close with ignition?

I was on the lookout for one for months and eventually got one of e-bay for £130 with centre console and remote and wiring loom, so you can get a bargain sometimes.
Fitted a mio sat nav in mine the 7" version with tv ect.

I assumed you meant that thing the screens do where if it was left in the 'up' position, it folds up on ignition, and then closes and opens when you start the car.

Or were you just referring to the positional memory the unit has?

Just the positional memory mate, never fitted one in my car so didnt know they did the open/close routine when you turn the car over!
