todd Quite interested in this.
Does the sound play back through the car set-up, how is it connected up?
Does it come with satnav.
Any chance of a small video of it in operation?

The sound does indeed play through the factory speakers, but as in the original post you will need either an aftermarket stereo with an AUX in, or something like a GROM unit (which is how I did it) again, with an AUX in.
Yes the Centrafuse software has full and up to date european maps (yes european, not just UK) and also a USB GPS reciever so its a fully functioning sat nav with post code entry, POI finder etc.
And I'm sure I can make a video of it working, will have to be tomorrow when it's light outside though

todd Thanks for the update, video would be great, if you could pick up the glovebox set-up as well, would be good.

No problem, I'll take a picture of the glovebox setup as I don't think a video will show much with my wobbly camera skills :p
But tbh all you'll be able to see is a small closed black netbook and a few cables, but even so, if you wanna buy it then you need to see where your moneys going :p
