So anyway, ive had a look through your forum, and there seems to be a better vibe here.
I live in Luton-not sure if there's anything going on near me with this club? I own a 1991 toyota mr2 t-bar, turbo, in verdigris blue/green.Currently pretty standard, still got original 14" alloys, which i may keep, gizzmo ms-ibc boost controller, aftermarket intercooler, mongoose exhaust, decat, blitz induction kit.
I'm hoping i've joined a club where i will get the same respect and friendlyness i give to everyone else:thumbup:

24-08-2018, 01:26 AM #1Hi people, i've been a member with a certain mr2 club, and i've had enough of them. very cliquey, everyone gets a nice warm welcome, then after that it's a bit hit and miss. dont get me wrong ive received loads of great tips and advice on there, but im sick of going to meets and not being able to talk to people because they are either camera whores, and won't utter a word while they spend 1 hour taking a single shot of their engine bay (for example) or they just simply don't give you the feeling that you're welcome in the club. also lots of "keyboard warriors" if anyone know what im getting at.:whistling:

24-08-2018, 02:47 AM #6Thanks for the warm welcome, unfortunately i went horse riding in bulgaria..was crossing a river and my horse got his leg caught in some reeds on the other side, threw me off into a meter of water, with my camera over my shoulder..so will have to use mums camera later, get a few snaps and post them up:thumbup1:

24-08-2018, 02:50 AM #7BOOSST-glad to hear it.lol..i'm up for the ace on the 29th, my dad has a mk3 roadster, would he be able to come? we just did the ace meet with this other club..and didnt think much of the atmosphere. (plus we both grew up with bikes so its hard to adjust to more tame car meets) lol..but we would be up for it.fresh club fresh start.
