Had to use the horn today (in anger, but thats another story)- the first time actually since I've bought the car.

I'm still in shock at how poor it was, had my car been pink and I'd been wearing a dress it would have been more than fitting.

The question is whether anyone who has had the same problem?

What have you done to replace it?- any examples?

Check the earthing mate, maybe remove and clean up the area the screw joins to the chassis, that causes a poor horn sound.

My horn sucks balls as well, I don't think Lexus really thought old people or drug dealers would be using the horn much.
