If the guy sent the items out normal post, on an economy service, then transit time is anything around 14 working days - but that is just an average.

However... as pinted out by el_bandido, he is based here in the UK, so not sending from the US.
For the record though, I entirely agree with your point on how good the US postal service actually is

08-09-2018, 10:37 AM #20Showed up this afternoon. Guy seems to have either genuinely forgotten or there was some postage issue. Not fitted them yet, but I have no doubt all is in order. Overall, positive experience I think, just unfortunate timing.
