Yeah, that'd work and it's the easiest way around the handbrake problem.

Mikey, im about to embark on a bit of an adventure into the world of machinery. Im going to start working at my father in laws workshop. i.e milling and turning machines a plenty. I have a couple of spare sw20 front and rear hubs, so if you want something working, i may well be able to do it, will help me in the long run as well. If you could supply calipers and discs, i can get ther brackets made to suit with the parts i have floating around

BOOSST giving it thought, i suppose an ideal solution would be to have Ant's brackets for the rear which means i don't have to worry about the handbrake problem and then have some skyline 4 pots on the front for additional stopping power.. Which would just mean getting custom brackets made up for the front...

....or, have i missed something lol

That might be the ideal solution for you, and a good compromise on cost and complexity, but with the upgrade in stopping power and disks filling the wheels better.

This setup may well throw off the brake balance (between front and rear) but this can be corrected with the right valve plumbed into the right place, and shouldn't cause much drama.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:
