sprinter2012 So the car actually runs like that!? That's not a 'half way through' picture? hock:
Looks like it's been taken straight out of Fast & Furious, or pulled off a stand at an auto show or something!
I'll be at Ace so I'll come check your's out there

very comon in the vag world and honda world hiding wires up chassis legs only problem is you need to get some one that knows what they are doing filler and engine bays dont go well...
would love to do mine!!!!
As Ormi says, been common amongst the VAG guys for years, though I've not see much of it on Jap cars as yet. Seen a lot of mk1 Golfs done like this.
The caps look very similar to the TRD oil caps available, but without the TRD branding!

The old school Ford guys have been doing this minimalist wire-tucked look for aaaaaaages! It's harder to do with modern engines though due to the sheer number of sensors and switches and vac hoses everywhere. I intend to do some tidying on the V8 once it's in and working but I don't think my powers stretch enough to get as good as these!
Oil filler cap is pretty standard amongst Toyota engines so that should fit for starters... (or Oil Fillar Cap as it's printed on the TRD box...)
