They might give you smoother idling, brighter lights etc. BUT only if your existing earth points are corroded as anything.
If you want an engine dress up item go for it, because it is a pretty kit.
But if you want to spend less for the same minimal gains, invest in some wet and dry paper and clean up all your earth points.
