Car Snow Socks??
http://direct.asda.com/TEX-Car-Snow-Sock...lt,pd.html
has anybody tried this?
I saw in asda the other day and found it on website.
Do you think its worth it and would work?
not sure on those 1s tbh but i know of a few ppl who swear by other brands of snow socks
Might have to invest in these, and keep it in the house and then if any family members get stuck can use them !
asda dont have any of them in stock!!!what use is that??lol
There ment to be good but they can NOT be driven on the road of course...So if your driven in pure thick snow from start to finish then go for it...If your car is rear when drive they recommend you have all four wheels with them on
Put proper snow tyres on best all round solution. Prius was unstoppable last year - up hills, down hills, deep snow etc and tyres were cheapest possible at £35 each.
ormi asda dont have any of them in stock!!!what use is that??lol

As said above, those snow socks are ok if your journey is snow/ice all the way, but a few miles of tarmac will shred them.

Do you know if I can get 225/40/18 snow tyres for that cheap? don't mind going a bit narrow like 215 or something but I can't find any under £80
