you just need to hammer it out - its tight.

do you have the black plastic adaptor that goes in place of the reservoir?

That pin was a real pain in the bumhole to remove.

I got mine out by soaking it a couple of times with penetrating fluid then leaving it overnight, then once more in the morning before teasing it out with parallel drift (or pin punch if you'd prefer).

Penetrating fluid is your friend :thumbup:.

Right got everything fitted and it's all running fine but with one problem, when I put my foot right down the engine light comes on and the trc light flashes, then the pedal does nothing and I have to turn the car off and wait then restart and its fine until I go full throttle again. If I disconnect the bypass cable from the throttle it does not do this but there is not as much power! Any help please

But it was doing this before i fitted the belt and before i fitted the fcd, just seems to be when i put the bypass onto the throttle. Did i read u dont need the bypass if you havve bov

Your starving the air to the car!

by putting your foot down your closing the bypass and asking the engine to suck air in through a non spinning supercharger
