I think its nick you should speak to.
when they answer try: hallo, sprachen sea englich bitte ?? ich habe ein promlem mit mine lexus E S kompressor its not spelt that way but sounds that .
If they want stupid price for postage, send it to me and ill pass it to you. i estimate it should be no more than £10 for post ( prob well under TBH)
call Bemani in switzerland, they have full kits and spares... they designed the kit after all.

Thank you mate. Think I will try Dave as he is in the UK, but will give them a go if he is not so helpful (which has been the case with previous enquiries!)
I can speak a little German, or should I say: Ich habe eine kleine Deutsch? So will give that a go.
I notice they don't like to communicate via email! Also, as you mentioned, they are selling full kits still, by the looks of it, at about £6500!
(EDIT: That should be Ich sprechen, not Ich habe, shouldn't it!)

Its also because they are the only company that is able to supply the approval certificate. I paid £100 to get the certificate when I brought my car over.
as you say no email, which is a shame but they are a helpful friendly bunch. i have been there a few times and the workshops are always full.
looking at the site I do like the look of the avensis with 250ps, all official thru toyota also which is a huge bonus.
