Rabster well considering it dont have one at all now.......
not even got a plate registered to it either......
Don't worry then, they won't know where to send the fines.

thats what i have been doing for the last 5 months with no problems or tickets (touch wood)
just run without the front plate lol

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake
