Hi,
I'm sending this Email on behalf of the OutlawJapClub. I have already spoken to you regarding our attendance to next years event and have had a large amount of interest from our club members, but also some questions that I thought would be better coming from yourself as you have the information.
1. Is the camping on the club stand for its members like at JAE or separate.
2. We have a few members that will only be able to attend on the Sunday will these cars be able to be shown on the club stand or will they have to park in the main car parking areas.
Please get back to me so I can put this foward to the club so we can secure our stand position.

Hi Patrick
Stand camping is allowed, we have camping areas but is down to each
indvidual club if to camp on the stand or not. All we need to know is
on the booking form saying amount attending and if camping on the
stand. We can allow for space then. No matter what time club members
arrive they will be able to get on your stand :-)

in regard to the last bit if people only wanted to attend for the day either Saturday or Sunday they can still get there car on the stand
